Planning Your Visit

We endeavour to make each visit as easy and hassle-free as possible. You can expect all your needs to be attended to, including but not limited to, language, dietary and even religious. Here are some steps that you can take when planning our journey over:

Step 1: Select a Doctor or Specialty

We have over 50 specialists from over 40 medical disciplines for you to choose from that can attend to your medical needs. You can browse our list of specialist in the specialties section of the website. Once you have identified the specialist you would like to see or know the specialty that relates to the treatment you want to seek you can contact:

Option 1) Submit an initial appointment request – There you will be required to submit your personal details and desired appointment sessions. Should you require any additional assistance or services, you may specify that within the request from and our hospital personnel will attend to them.

Option 2) Contact our patient liaison for further assistance

Services include:

  • Appointment, procedure and follow-up care scheduling and coordination
  • Reservations at neighboring hotels at special rates
  • Longer term housing in nearby apartments
  • Travel visas
  • Transportation from KLIA or KLIA to the hotel, followed by the hospital
  • Interpreter services for Japanese, Arabic, Russian and Indonesian upon request
  • Planning the return back home
